An installation sculpture commemorating the lost factory industry of Lubec, Maine. Over 300 ceramic shingles were handcut and imprinted with an authentic defunct Lubec factory shingle. The installation was created for and installed on-site at the Mullholland Gallery, currently the homebase of Lubec Landmarks whose main purpose is to restore the old McCurdy Smokehouses.

Handcarved images are transcribed from the Water, Wind, and Time drawing series that focuses on the Columbian Canning Plant, Lubec, ME. The forms are inspired by the wood pilings that emerge from the sand outside the factory.
